Q: If I contract with Proclean USA for cleaning services, will my price of doing business increase over time?
A: No, in fact the price will stay the same for a minimum of 5 years. The reason for this pricing guarantee is that the price of chemicals, equipment and trash bags do not rise on a constant basis, thus no increase can be passed on to the customer. Additionally, due to the nature of the janitorial business, employees are hard to retain, thus payroll does not rise with the rate of inflation because my employees do not receive a salary. Thirdly, as the owner of ProClean USA, my payroll is significantly lower because I am on location assisting with the cleanliness of your building 95% of the time, thus reducing my overall expenses 50% lower than industry standards. |
Q: How can ProClean USA be priced 10%-15% LOWER than my current cleaning company?
A: Most cleaning companies hire more hourly employees than needed, which equates to large premiums, increased payroll & benefits. Subsequently these cost are passed on to the customer, which is you. At ProClean USA, the owner Greg Gray, participates in 90% of the daily cleaning with a select group of maintenance personnel thus my cost to operate ProClean is significantly lower than the competition. |
